Problem with your Heating System or Hot Water Supply?

Before you contact us there are a few things you should check.

• Have you got credit on both your gas & electric meter?
• Is there gas at your hob or fire? If not, and you’ve just moved in, check if the gas isolation valve is in the off position. If the gas isolation valve shows there should be gas supply to the property, please contact your gas supplier.
• If you have recently run out of gas, have you reset the boiler?
• Is the pressure gauge showing between 1 & 2? If it is below 1, then the pressure will need topping up.
• Is there a fault code flashing on the boiler display? If so, check the user manual to see what the code means.
• Have you tried resetting the gas boiler if there is a fault code? There are two ways to reset your boiler, either follow the instructions in the user manual to carry out a soft reset or you can do a hard reset instead. With a hard reset you turn the boiler off at the plug or fuse, wait five seconds, and the turn it back on.
• If your heating is not working but your water is, have you checked if the radiators are on?

Note: Most boilers will have the make and model on the front of the boiler.
