As of June 1st 2019 we NO LONGER charge ‘Application Fees’
In most cases we will require the bond up-front & this is (unless stated) equivalent to one month’s rent with an extra £100 if you have an allowable pet. in some cases landlords may accept half the bond on check in and the rest in monthly installments – contact us to find out if this applies to the property you’re applying for.
We require 1 months rent up front – this does not apply to DSS tenants however the top up rent will be required up front if applicable.
All services, including but not limited to Water, Gas, Electric, and Council Tax are the tenants responsibility unless stated in your tenancy agreement.
please note: your bond may be at risk if you do not adhere to the terms of your tenancy agreement.
