So far, Wise Owl Property have let 2 of our properties to very suitable tenants. We had supplied Wise Owl with a particular mandate for tenancies, they obliged suitably and with excellent results.

Their speed of action and communication to date has been something in which we have not experienced with any other agent.

I have read through much of their content on the website along with some of the references, and I can honestly say they live entirely up to their promises and often go even further than that of which they are paid.

We are in the process of buying more property that will definitely be passed their way along with the transfer of all our existing portfolio after our notice period.

We have been very impressed so far with Wise Owl’s management.

They found us a tenant before the house was fully renovated and there was a long term lease secured. I have spoken with the tenants while clearing some tree cuttings and they specifically expressed how easy they were to deal with as well as their professionalism.

We had a few teething problems with a few minor issues, boiler, macerator, back door lock etc and Wise Owl either repaired themselves or found a suitable contractor incredibly quick, this again pleased the tenants

Owning a large portfolio and living abroad has proved somewhat difficult for us (understatement!). We have tried various property management agencies over the last 5/6 years; from small independent to the larger, more well-known high-street agents. To sum this up, we haven’t found much difference between them. We were just a number, and we lost many thousands of pounds due to lack of good management. We were seriously considering returning to the UK so that we could look after our properties ourselves as we just couldn’t find anyone who could take away the day to day hassle of running the houses; anyone who actually found us, reliable tenants. David had carried out repair work and gas inspections for us for a few years prior to becoming our saviour. We had always found his service impeccable. He never really talked about his management business and never pushed it on us. We knew that he owned houses and through a chance conversation about his properties we discovered he owned his small management company. After some consideration, we decided to let David manage a couple of properties to test his capabilities. It soon became apparent that he knew exactly how to run things. We very quickly awarded him more and more until after six months he ran our whole portfolio and has complete control and authority over everything.
If I was to sum David up, I would use the word WOW.  I can honestly say that he has saved my sanity. If you do one thing right in your time as a landlord then passing David your properties to look after is it.
