Condensation & Mould Reports & Advice
Mould & condensation problems are one of the biggest issues landlords face in properties and 90% of these issues can be resolved by correct education and implementation. We provide our clients with a report on the cause/problem, take care of the mould and provide the tenant with documents on managing the problem which gives them the best possible chance of managing it successfully.
All properties that are advertised for rent must have an EPC certificate, we can organise this for our client so that their property meets the current regulations
